Responsibilities

• Treat patients using therapeutic and self-care activities to improve function under the direction of the PT.
• Reassess patients’ functional ability using standardized tests and document results.
• Administer a designated treatment plan and treatments with physical agents as prescribed.
• Record treatment, responses, and progress in the EMR and prepare required reports.
