Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required.
• Master's Degree preferred if obtained prior to 2016.
• Doctoral Degree required if obtained after 2016.

Responsibilities

• Review physician's referral, evaluate patient condition, and plan treatment.
• Evaluate functional ability using standardized tests and document findings.
• Develop treatment plans with specific goals and tasks.
• Administer therapies using physical agents (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Record treatment responses in the EMR and prepare reports as indicated.
• Instruct patient/family for home treatment and continuation of care.
• Complete documentation per department guidelines and audits.
• Promote rehabilitation programs to referring physicians and colleagues.
• Aim to reduce cancellations and improve patient outcomes.
• Meet monthly productivity expectations.
