Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant is required.
• Ability to utilize therapy equipment in outpatient rehab.
• Punctual and dependable for assigned shifts.
• Respect for cultural and religious practices of patients.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients using therapeutic and self-care activities and exercises to improve function under PT supervision.
• Reassess patients' functional status with standardized tests and document findings.
• Administer treatments per the prescribed plan and document in the medical record.
• Instruct patients and families on home programs and continuation of therapy.
