Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administers physical therapy interventions as planned by the Physical Therapist.
• Instructs and assists patients, monitors progress, and documents progress.
• Ensures safety practices and patient guarding.
• Develops and documents home exercise programs as needed.
• Communicates with Physical Therapist regarding progress and goal modifications.
