UofL Health is seeking a Physical Therapist at the Frazier Rehab Institute in Louisville, KY to provide care for patients with chronic bleeding disorders. The role emphasizes evaluation, treatment planning with measurable goals, and direct therapy or supervision across a range of therapeutic procedures.

Candidates must be Kentucky-licensed or eligible, hold a BLS certification, and possess a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

Competenze

• Licensed or eligible in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• BLS accredited by the American Heart Association.
• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in Physical Therapy.

• Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationship with appropriate interpersonal boundaries.
• Performs evaluation, establishes a treatment plan with measurable goals, and provides direct intervention or supervision.
• Performs therapeutic procedures (exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, gait, massage, manual therapy, orthotic fitting and training, dynamic activities, compression garments).
• Utilizes appropriate exercise equipment and treatment modalities for bleeding disorder patients.

• Documentation per policy: evaluation, progress notes, discharge summary, and education plans.
