Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to restore movement and improve quality of life in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include evaluations, personalized plans, movement-focused interventions, and patient/caregiver education. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and strong documentation using EMR tools are essential. Monday–Friday schedule supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Perform evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation with EMR tools like Raintree EMR and Scribe AI.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
