Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Springfield, MA seeks a Program Manager - Outpatient (Physical Therapist) to lead patient care across assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. Monday–Friday, no weekends or evenings, with strong leadership development and relationship-building opportunities.

You will coordinate scheduling, mentor staff, and serve as the liaison for the Area Manager, delivering top-quality care and operations support.

Qualifications

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while getting leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for Area Manager.
