Job summary

King Spinal & Sports in Illinois seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient clinic. New grads are welcome; we foster a positive atmosphere and community-based care.

Qualified candidates have a BS or MS in Physical Therapy, current BLS, Illinois PT license, and basic computer skills, with ability to coordinate with other healthcare professionals and perform evaluations and treatment planning per APTA and state standards.

Qualifications

• BS or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from a physical therapy program approved by the American Therapy Association.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AED).
• Current Physical Therapy License for state of operation, Illinois.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals working with patients.
• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards and state standards.
• Develop Plan of Treatment, including short and long term goals, and collaborate with other staff members.
