Qualifications

• Must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current state licensure or eligibility.
• Outpatient experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-centered, patient-focused environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices through continuing education.
