Job summary

Children's Health Specialty Centers for outpatient therapy seeks a Physical Therapist PRN Float to provide direct PT evaluations and treatments across multiple outpatient sites in the Dallas area.

Must float to three or more sites (Allen, Plano, Richardson, Grapevine, Dallas, Rockwall, etc.), work 60 hours per quarter with 10-hour shifts and 2–3 days per week during initial training. This role offers exposure to diverse developmental conditions and pediatric therapy growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pediatric PT experience.
• Experience in outpatient pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations and re-evaluations with goals and discharge planning.
• Schedule management, supervise rehabilitation aides, mentor PT interns.
• Maintain department equipment and participate in meetings, rounds and continuing education.
• Meet physical and non-physical demands as required.
