Job summary

Children's Health Specialty Centers for Outpatient Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join as a PRN float. The role involves evaluating and treating pediatric patients, rotating across multiple outpatient locations in the Dallas area, and working within the 7:30 AM–6:00 PM frame.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years job-related experience in pediatric outpatient PT.
• License to practice physical therapy in Texas is required.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct Physical Therapy evaluations and treatment, with goals, documentation, and discharge planning per standards.
• Coordinate and manage scheduling; supervise rehab aides and mentor PT interns as applicable.
• Maintain equipment, participate in meetings, rounds, and continuing education to support professional competency.
• Meet physical and non-physical demands of the role as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the therapy team.
