Greater Therapy Centers, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Dallas–Fort Worth area clinic. You will provide high-quality patient care, develop tailored treatment plans, and help patients reach rehabilitation goals in an outpatient setting.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy, current state licensure or eligibility, and a collaborative, patient-centered mindset.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and mobility assessments.
• Develop individualized outpatient treatment plans based on goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy and exercises.
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients and families on rehab processes and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
