Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis- Therapy and Rehab is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist for per diem day and evening shifts.

You will perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under Therapy Leadership, with supervision of staff as required by state practice acts. Requirements include a Bachelor's, MSc in Physical Therapy, or DPT; current/temporary PT license in the practicing state; BLS certification; and 6 months to 1 year of

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of experience in Rehabilitation Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current/Temporary license to practice Physical Therapy in the state.
• BLS certification required, current before patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive therapy programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervise patients directly and rehab technicians indirectly; coordinate with PT assistants as per state practice acts.
