Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a pelvic physical therapist (DPT) for our outpatient clinic. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and a base salary of $95,000–$105,000 plus a productivity bonus.

Pelvic floor exposure is a plus, and mentorship is available for new graduates. You will treat diverse caseloads including orthopedics, balance, and neuro, with strong emphasis on patient outcomes and documentation.

Qualifications

• DPT required for licensure in Idaho.
• Idaho PT license or license-eligible.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Pelvic floor experience or interest preferred (training available).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow clinically in outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy care.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, pelvic floor, balance, and neuro.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on patient outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with PTAs and clinic support staff.
• Build strong patient relationships and support clinic growth.
