Qualifications

• DPT from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active State Physical Therapist License.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in pelvic health or orthopedics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open, respectful communication with patients, colleagues and payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
