Responsibilities

• Perform new‑patient evaluations/exams
• Diagnose patients and assess physical activity limitations
• Create a plan with goals and completion dates
• Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress
• Provide education to patients on techniques for continued care
• Supervise PTA, aides, and students as needed to help patient progress
• Assist with clinical operations and administrative services when appropriate
• Provide lectures in the community/providers and support marketing events

Skills & Qualifications

• Accredited PT program graduate
• Up‑to‑date state PT license
• Ability to create and implement outpatient rehabilitation treatment plans
• Efficient and effective in an autonomous environment
• Passionate about helping patients with ortho, sports, spine, pelvic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall‑risk issues
• 1+ year of outpatient ortho/neuro center or vestibular rehab experience preferred but not necessary
• 1+ year of pelvic health experience preferred but not necessary
• New grads welcome – mentorship and training provided
• Capability to progress a skilled treatment plan in outpatient rehab
• Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn
