Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Proficient documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using various modalities.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
