Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics in the San Diego area. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will be supported by onboarding and mentorship programs. Base pay is competitive with incentives and student loan repayment.

The successful candidate will assess, treat, and educate patients to restore mobility, manage pain, and improve quality of life within a collaborative clinic team.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in California.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic therapy and rehab.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and exercise programs.
• Administer manual therapy and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Document progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and adherence to standards.
