Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinics in the San Diego area. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will join a therapist-focused team dedicated to exceptional patient care.

You will assess patients, create personalized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. PRN offers competitive base pay with monthly incentives and student loan repayment programs to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
