Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinics, including Encinitas, CA. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will join a therapist-focused team dedicated to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.

The role offers competitive base pay ($85,000–$115,000+) with monthly incentives up to $2,500, plus student loan repayment up to $25,000, a structured onboarding program, and opportunities for professional growth within PRN.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic/neurological/geriatric PT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
