Job summary

I8IS - Infiniti Software Solutions seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient clinical team in Purcell, Oklahoma. You will provide personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, document care in an EMR, manage a caseload, and collaborate with other clinicians to uphold high standards of patient care and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma or eligibility for Oklahoma licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient care accurately using an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 50 patient visits per week, with AI-powered tools available to streamline documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, professional conduct, and clinical documentation.

CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility
