Job summary

Excel Therapy, an H2 Health company, seeks a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for our Bartlesville outpatient clinic. You will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, developing evidence-based plans of care aligned with patient goals.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient physical therapy caseload.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care based on patient needs and goals.
• Manage an average caseload of approximately 50 patient visits per week.
• Use Raintree EMR for clinical documentation and practice workflows.
• Utilize AI Scribe technology to streamline documentation and reduce administrative burden.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual interventions, patient education, and other appropriate physical therapy treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to support positive clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring providers, clinicians, and support staff to coordinate care.
