You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients across outpatient orthopedics, utilizing manual therapy and evidence-based plans to restore function and reduce pain in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• PT licensure in good standing in Oklahoma.
• 1 year experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
• Desire to be part of a team that emphasizes service-based culture of excellence and lifelong learning.
• Truly enjoys helping others in a fun and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history.
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Outline clear goals for patients and expected outcomes of the plan.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain and increase mobility.
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
• Educate patients and family members about the recovery process.
