Saint Cyr Partners is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehab team in Cayuga, NY in the beautiful Finger Lakes region. The position offers hands-on care, strong patient relationships, and a collaborative outpatient clinic environment.

You will evaluate, plan and implement individualized rehabilitation programs, use modalities and manual therapy, and educate patients to promote long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent required from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in NY or eligibility at hire.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently and up to 150 pounds with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic treatments including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention to support long-term recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
