Job summary

Required: BS in Physical Therapy, MA license, and 2 years of PT experience; proficiency with standard software; strong communication and HIPAA compliance; ability to work independently and with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and MA license are required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Proficiency with computer software programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment to patients per physician orders.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
• Develop and modify treatment plans and document within 24 hours.
• Assist in supervision of staff and students as assigned.
• Schedule patients and participate in quality improvement activities.
