Job summary

Career Land Center, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Virginia. You will evaluate patients, create individualized plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility and function in a collaborative clinic setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year PT experience, Virginia license or eligibility, and a DPT or equivalent. Flexible scheduling options and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall wellness.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term health management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Promote a positive and supportive patient experience throughout the rehabilitation process.
