The role offers a full-time schedule with variable hours Monday–Friday, a sign-on bonus of $7,500, a salary range of $80,080 to $108,804.80, and comprehensive benefits including insurance, PTO, retirement

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility for licensure.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment as required.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing patient assessment and documentation.
• Manage a caseload of 10–12 patients per day.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and patient education.
