Hot Springs Sports Medicine in Glenwood, Arkansas is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evidence‑based care in a collaborative outpatient setting. You will deliver skilled physical therapy services to help patients regain movement, strength, and confidence.

The role offers a 4‑day work week, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), and 3 weeks PTO with carryover options.

Qualificações

• DPT from an accredited program.
• 1–3 years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new graduates welcome).
• Commitment to evidence-based care and measurable patient outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to improve pain, strength, and functional mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Accurately document evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTAs, therapy technicians, and administrative staff.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe self-care techniques.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-centered clinical environment.
