Job summary

Hot Springs Sports Medicine in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver evidence-based care in a collaborative outpatient setting. You will assess, treat, and progress adult patients to restore movement, strength, and function.

The role requires a DPT, Arkansas license or eligibility, and 1–3 years of outpatient ortho experience. You’ll work with a supportive team offering a 4-day work week, CEU reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package to promote

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Arkansas PT license or eligibility.
• 1–3 years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and measurable patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to improve pain, strength, and functional mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Accurately document evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTAs, therapy technicians, and administrative staff.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe self-care techniques.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-centered clinical environment.
