Hot Springs Sports Medicine in Glenwood, Arkansas, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide evidence-based care in a collaborative outpatient setting. You will assess movement and function, develop personalized plans, and guide patients through rehabilitation to restore strength and mobility.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Active Arkansas PT license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to improve pain, strength, and functional mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Accurately document evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
• Supervise and collaborate with PTAs, therapy technicians, and administrative staff.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe self-care techniques.
