Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead an outpatient orthopedic team in Georgia. The role emphasizes developing clinicians, elevating patient outcomes, and building a positive, high-performing clinic culture.

You will mentor a team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff, lead clinical care and operations, and cultivate strong referral relationships to drive growth and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Georgia (or eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Leadership experience preferred; developing others required

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards for clinical care
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance, and scheduling
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth
• Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs
