Job summary

BenchMark, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Clinic Director who is an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist passionate about developing clinicians, elevating patient outcomes, and creating a positive, high-performing clinic culture in McDonough, GA.

As Clinic Director you will lead Physical Therapists and clinical staff, oversee operations and scheduling, foster referral partnerships, deliver evidence-based care, and collaborate with leadership to drive clinic growth and staff

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with developing clinicians.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic PT settings preferred.
• Ability to foster a positive, high-performing clinic culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a patient-centered environment with high clinical standards.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatments.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, performance, and scheduling.
