BenchMark Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for Outpatient Orthopedics in Georgia. Lead an experienced team, elevate patient outcomes, and shape clinic culture in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, staff development, and strong ties with local referral partners, with opportunities for growth within Upstream Rehabilitation’s network.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active GA Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff
