BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. You will lead a team of PTs, elevate patient outcomes, and foster a high-performing clinic culture while continuing your clinical work.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing othersrequired.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment withhigh standardsfor clinical care.
• Provide direct patient care using individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinicalperformanceand scheduling.
• Build and nurture relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support overall growth.
• Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills throughUpstream’sprofessional development programs.
