Select Physical Therapy in Wellington, FL seeks a licensed physical therapist to serve as Assistant Center Manager for our outpatient clinic. You will help oversee the therapy team and deliver an exceptional patient care experience while developing toward a center manager role.

The position offers $80,000–$95,000 per year plus a $5,000 bonus, with mentorship, CEUs, PTO, health plans, a 401(k) match, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver an exceptional patient care experience.
• Oversee the outpatient therapy team.
• Assist leadership in growing the center and market through program and business development.
