Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (Outpatient) to support mobility and function in an outpatient clinic. Under a licensed physical therapist, you will guide patients through evidence-based exercises and document progress.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and help restore independence through hands-on interventions and structured home programs.

Qualifications

• Current PTA licensure/certification as required.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and deliver consistent, quality interventions.
• Basic documentation skills and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising physical therapist.
• Instruct patients on therapeutic exercises and prescribed home exercise programs.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to support coordinated patient care.
