Physical Therapist – Outpatient PT Job – Bedford, MA 173887
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bedford is a locally owned outpatient physical therapy practice where clinicians have the time, support and clinical variety to do their best work. We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who values excellent one‑on‑one patient care, enjoys learning from a collaborative team, and wants the opportunity to grow across orthopedic, balance, vestibular and neurologic care.
Whether you bring years of outpatient experience or are looking for the right place to begin your career, you’ll have clinical autonomy backed by an experienced team, regular collaboration and case review, and extensive opportunities for mentorship and continuing education.
Our Bedford clinic combines the clinical variety of a specialty practice with the collaboration and energy of a close‑knit team. You’ll treat a diverse caseload spanning orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, balance and vestibular disorders, neurologic conditions and geriatrics — with experienced colleagues available to collaborate, share ideas and help you continue developing your skills.
The clinic is bright, modern and inviting, with private treatment rooms and specialized equipment including our Solo‑Step overhead safety system, vestibular goggles, treadmill, BlazePods, Normatec and ANCORE. Our clinical model is designed around quality care: 40‑minute one‑on‑one sessions, no double‑booking, and no aides or techs taking over portions of treatment.
You’ll have meaningful clinical autonomy without being on an island. Our clinicians regularly collaborate on cases, learn from one another and participate in ongoing clinical education.
“My favorite part is the culture that we have here. We have so much fun with patients, with coworkers. It really is a good atmosphere whenever you walk through the door.”
“What makes FYZICAL stand out is the 40‑minute, one‑on‑one treatments with no overlapping. There are clinicians here with years of experience in different settings and specialties, so I’m able to get ideas and learn and grow as a clinician.”
“It is kind of the best of both worlds. I get to treat orthopedic and neurological conditions. So I’m never bored at work. I’m always learning something new.”
Expect a genuinely varied caseload across orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, balance and vestibular disorders, neurologic conditions and geriatrics. You do not need to arrive as a vestibular expert. Clinicians with experience in orthopedics, geriatrics, neurology, balance or fall prevention can all be a strong fit, and you’ll have experienced colleagues to help broaden your skills over time.
Our Bedford clinic includes specialized equipment such as Solo‑Step overhead safety support, vestibular goggles, BlazePods, Normatec and ANCORE.
Base salary: $76,000–$102,000 for a full‑time schedule, based on experience, clinical expertise and role responsibilities; prorated for reduced schedules. New graduates are welcome to apply, with higher compensation available for clinicians that bring relevant outpatient, orthopedic, balance, vestibular or neurologic experience.
Our Bedford clinic has built a strong local reputation and 5‑star patient reviews, and we are now expanding with a second location in Maynard. As our locally owned practice grows, so will the opportunities for our clinicians — whether that means developing deeper clinical expertise, helping build new programs, mentoring others or taking on additional clinical and leadership responsibility over time.
We’re looking for clinicians who want to become an important part of the team and grow with the practice.
Interested in fewer hours? Our primary need is for a 32–40 hour clinician, but we are also happy to hear from PTs interested in part‑time opportunities.
Members of the FYZICAL Family radiate excitement and enthusiasm for the future because our franchise model is transforming an industry dominated by hospitals and corporations. From all across the nation—in large cities, rural communities, and small towns— FYZICAL teams are achieving amazing results for their patients and careers.
