Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical training; ensure compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families, and payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed.
