Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient Orthopedic team in Springfield, MA. This on-site, permanent role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a guaranteed annual bonus, and productivity-based incentives.

The clinic supports a manageable caseload and a collaborative environment with strong leadership and a long-tenured team. Openings are available in Springfield and Northampton, with robust benefits including a physician-led organization, generous PTO, and comprehensive practice

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized outpatient orthopedic treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise based on patient needs and progress.
• Adjust treatment plans as needed while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PTAs, orthopedic providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated patient care.
