Responsibilities

• Daily communication with clients and referral sources via phone, email, and fax.
• Input and organize data; maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
• Process new registrations and intake documents; obtain medical records as needed.
• Schedule client intake assessments and coordinate admissions with providers.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff during client coordination and admission.
• Adapt to fluctuating patient flow while maintaining service quality.
