Responsibilities

• Daily communications with clients and referral sources via phone, email, and fax.
• Input and organize data, maintaining filing systems.
• Process client registrations and intake forms and obtain medical records as needed.
• Schedule intake assessments and coordinate admissions or follow-up appointments.
• Collaborate with providers, program managers, and admissions staff during coordination.
• Adapt to fluctuating workflow while maintaining service quality.
