Job summary

We are seeking an Outpatient Psychotherapy Specialist to support admissions, guide referrals, and streamline the client intake process, reporting to the Psychotherapy Administrative Coordinator and Admissions Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage fluctuating workload.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication via phone, email, and fax with clients and referral sources.
• Input and organize data, maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems.
• Process new registrations, sign intake forms, and obtain medical records as needed.
• Schedule client intake assessments and coordinate admissions.
• Coordinate with providers and staff during client coordination and admission.
• Adapt to peaks in patient flow while maintaining service quality.
