Responsibilities include performing DSM diagnoses, developing individualized care plans, monitoring medications, ensuring safety, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted MA Physician License with MA/DEA registrations.
• Board Certification in Psychiatry and Neurology.
• Expertise in DSM diagnostics, psychotherapy, and psychopharmacology.
• Proficient in standard office software with strong clinical writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient psychiatric care with evaluations, psychotherapy, and psychopharmacology.
• Perform DSM diagnoses and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor medications, side effects, and safety; adjust treatments as needed.
• Submit billing and progress notes within 48 hours of service.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage patient history.
• Participate in supervision with Medical Director; potential to supervise learners.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, DMH, MA Board regulations.
