Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks a Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive psychiatric care and supervise APPs. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver medication management, psychotherapy, and interventional treatments like TMS and ketamine.

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine.
• Completed or completing residency in Psychiatry.
• License to practice medicine in the State of Washington.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato or other advanced treatments).

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management.
• Enthusiasm for supervising Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary mental health clinicians to deliver care.

About The Psychiatrist Role

• No required call
• Opportunity to work with adult patients.
• Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management.
• Enthusiasm for supervising Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)

About The Practice

• Locations throughout the state
• Full time with a flexible hybrid schedule
• Office based outpatient.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who provide Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Interventional Treatments and Neuropsychiatric Testing.

Lightheart Mental Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
