Our physicians are excited to lead a team of Advanced Practice Providers who extend the psychiatric treatment capacity of our team and believe in leading the mental health field with evidence-based treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. These treatment methods provide our clinical teams with the tools they need to deliver real transformation for their clients. Lightheart Mental Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
