Job summary

Harmony, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible Psychiatrist to join our team in West Virginia. You will provide psychiatric assessments, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management for adult patients while supervising PMHNPs/PAs.

This full-time role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities in interventional treatments (TMS, Spravato).

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited school of medicine.
• Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
• Completed or completing residency training in Psychiatry.
• License to practice medicine in the State of West Virginia.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, or other advanced treatments preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management.
• Supervise Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs).
• Work with adult patients.
• No required call.

Education

About The Psychiatrist Role

• No required call
• Opportunity to work with adult patients.
• Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management.
• Enthusiasm for supervising Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry
• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
• Completed or completing residency training in an accredited program within Psychiatry
• License to practice medicine in the State of West Virginia
• Valid DEA registration
• Interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, or other advanced treatments preferred).

About The Practice

• Locations throughout the state
• Full time with a flexible hybrid schedule
• Office based outpatient.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who provide Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Interventional Treatments and Neuropsychiatric Testing.

Harmony is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this role is $250,000 - $300,000. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges represent our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
