Job summary

New Directions Mental Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a psychiatrist to join a collaborative team serving adults, with emphasis on interventional treatments like TMS and Spravato. You will provide psychiatric assessments, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management in a full-time, hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• Must be board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
• MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine.
• Completed or completing residency training in Psychiatry.
• License to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, or other advanced treatments preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management.
• Enthusiasm for supervising Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs).
• Lead interventional treatments such as TMS, Ketamine/Esketamine when appropriate.

About The Psychiatrist Role

• No required call
• Opportunity to work with adult patients.
• Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management.

About The Practice

• Locations throughout the state
• Full time with a flexible hybrid schedule
• Office based outpatient.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who provide Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Interventional Treatments and Neuropsychiatric Testing.

Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role.
