Job summary

Anew Era TMS in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Therapist to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team within the Professional Psychiatric Services division. You will provide therapy services, lead therapy groups, conduct assessments, and deliver 20-25 direct client hours weekly in outpatient care.

The role requires a Master's or Doctorate in a relevant field and state licensure progression. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, on site.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
• Completion of state requirements to obtain provisional licensure and later state clinical license to conduct therapeutic interventions required

Responsibilities

• Delivers 20-25 hours of direct client hours weekly to outpatient clients.
• Facilitates intensive outpatient program groups 3 times a week.
• Establishes therapeutic rapport with patients and families/loved ones.
• Completes appropriate number of therapy sessions weekly for patients and family/support systems.
• Provides utilization reviews to insurance companies for authorizations as needed.
• Communicates with the billing department about services rendered.
• Participates in research planning, analysis, development, and presentation.
• Provides training and support to clinical care coordinator as needed.
• Actively participates in prior authorizations and utilization review for TMS, Spravato, and medications.
• Supports development of new therapeutic initiatives and programs.
