Job summary

Discovery Behavioral Health is seeking a Therapist to join our on-site team in Grapevine, TX. The therapist will provide outpatient therapy, lead groups, and conduct clinical assessments within PPS division, contributing to a culture of clinical excellence.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field with licensure goals. The role offers full-time hours from 8am-5pm with a competitive salary and bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in relevant field, required.
• Provisional licensure and later state clinical license to conduct interventions required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers 20-25 hours of direct client hours weekly.
• Facilitates intensive outpatient program groups 3 times a week.
• Completes therapy sessions and family sessions as appropriate.
• Provides utilization reviews and communicates with billing.
• Supports clinical care coordination and program development.
