Symetria Recovery is seeking a Psychiatric NP/PA to provide psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing medication management in our Illinois outpatient setting. The role may include MAT services and requires active DEA registration and state licensure.

Candidates should have PMHNP certification or CAQ in Psychiatry (or 2+ years psychiatry experience) and a patient-centered approach. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards are

Qualifications

• Illinois licensure as NP/PA required.
• PMHNP cert or CAQ in Psychiatry or minimum 2 years psychiatry care experience.
• May provide MAT services and needs DEA registration.
• Active DEA registration.
• Patient-centered approach with commitment to high-quality care.

Responsabilités

• Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing medication management.
• May provide MAT services depending on experience.
• Complete prescription refills, prior authorizations and clinical documentation.
• Ensure timely EHR documentation within 24 hours of encounters.
• Collaborate with treatment team and attend meetings as scheduled.
